Columbus Signature Academy - Lincoln Campus

My name is Jill Garris, this is my 8^th year teaching Physical Education.  Currently I teach P.E. at CSA Lincoln in the mornings and CSA Fodrea every afternoon.  I graduated for IUPUI in 2007 and began working at Fodrea in the 2008-2009 school year.  I grew up and went to high school in Edinburgh.  After living in Columbus for almost nine years my son and moved back to Edinburgh in April.

My son, Landon is a 3rd grader at CSA Lincoln.  We love to do anything outside camping, boating, golf, baseball playing with our cocker spaniel, Izzy.  We spend a lot of time with family and friends which we can do more of since we moved. 

I like teaching P.E. because the students are able to have fun and enjoy them self while moving and learning.  I’m happy to hear about the activities that students do outside of school that incorporates what we do in the gym.
