• Employee Time Report

     
     
    After the personnel form is completed and sent to Heather Downin, please use the information below for reporting your time for payment.
     
    • All support staff employees must report time worked during the pay period using an approved form for reporting time.
    • By law, time reports must reflect the time worked during the pay period.  The hours reported on the time report must reflect actual time worked.
    • Falsification of the time sheet will result in immediate dismissal.
    • Verifying hours worked on the time sheet is an important performance responsibility.  It is the responsibility of the individual signing/approving time sheets to ensure accuracy of reporting hours worked.  All time sheets will be signed by the supervisor or designee.
