Indiana's school immunization requirements are in effect to keep students as healthy as possible. Students that are missing vaccinations remain unprotected from potentially serious diseases and risk spreading those diseases to other students.You may submit your student's immunizations to the school nurse by fax, email, send them with your student or mail a copy to the school nurse.
