Vision

All students in grades 1, 3, 5, and 8. A modified clinical technique is done by volunteer optometrists for grade 1 students.

Hearing

Students in grades 1, 4, 7, and 10

Blood Pressure: Students in grades 1, 3, 5, 8, and 10

Height, Weight and BMI: All students yearly 

Dental: As scheduled with the Dental Hygienist from the Bartholomew County Health Department

If a deviation from normal limits is found, the parent/guardian will be notified either in writing or by phone so that follow up care with a physician may be done.

**These screenings will be done unless there is written notice from the parent/guardian to exclude their child from the screening.
