Southside Elementary School

 We believe that success in reading is dependent upon developing the habit of reading for pleasure. To help TEAM students become lifelong readers, we ask that they participate daily in WEB - Wonderfully Exciting Books.

Students are asked to read for 20 minutes each day. Materials that may be read include basal readers, library books, books from our classroom library, magazines or newspapers.

A reading verification form is to be turned in to your student's teacher each Monday. The form may be signed by a parent or other care giver who was with your child while he/she read.
