Southside Elementary School

 We come to school always ready to do our personal best,

When learning to read, write, spell, do math, and all the rest.

We will use our lifeskills and obey the rules,

In our classroom, on the playground, and in the school.

We will respect all adults, ourselves, and other students, too.

By being caring, we will help each other in all we do.

Cooperating with no put-downs, in a fair way,

We will remember to use active listening each and every day.

We come to school to learn all that we can learn,

So someday, when we're adults, respect and success we will earn.
