Columbus East High School

In this class we will examine the way human conflicts and emotions are reflected in the literature of this country. We will discuss how the events about which you are learning in your U.S. History courses affected the thoughts and feelings of the American people. In addition, we will engage in activities to improve your vocabulary, public speaking, and writing. All these areas are essential to being educated, employable, and skilled individuals ready to meet the demands of higher education or the workplace.
