    • Inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in 2007

    • Led the 1980 Columbus East women’s basketball team to a runner-up title in the Indiana State 4A Tournament.  In the title game she earned two records, yet to be surpassed, scoring 42 points and 22 rebounds

    • 715-point season record set in 1980 still ranks 17th in Indiana high school history

    • Named 1980 Indiana Miss Basketball and an Adidas All-American

    • Attended Otero Junior College, where she still holds records for points in a game (49) and career points (1,119). Her 624 points in 1983 and her 29.5 points per game are still single season records
