• RICHARDS’ SCRIP PROGRAM

    Our PTO is pleased to share some exciting news about a new fundraising program for our school.  It's called "SCRIP", and it's the fundraising program that works while you shop.  The beauty of SCRIP is that you put your regular household shopping dollars to work.  You earn money for our school without spending a single additional penny.  Just spend your regular shopping dollars with SCRIP at the stores that participate in the scrip program!  You can see a list of retailers and the face value of each card offered by visiting http://www.shopwithscrip.com/.  You have three options for payment:

    1)      Simply fill out the order form and return the order form with in a sealed envelope to school by 9:00 AM on each Order date (listed below).

    2)      Sign up online and place your order by 9:00 AM on each Order date.  Please enter our school code when prompted.  Our code is (case sensitive): F978ADA224888. You can then send your check to school.

    3)      Sign up and pay online (bank debit system).  Enter our school code when prompted.  Our code is (case sensitive): F978ADA224888.
     
    Order dates are as follows:
     
    2010 dates --- Oct. 22, Nov. 5, Nov. 19, Dec. 3, Dec. 17
     
    2011 dates ---Jan. 7, Jan. 21, Feb. 4, Feb. 18, March 4, (skipped Spring Break week), March 25, April 8, April 21 (Thursday date due to Good Friday), May 6, May 20
     

    Regardless of your ordering choice, your order will be ready for pick-up by early the following week.  Because SCRIP is the same as cash, we will only send the order home with your child IF we receive authorization from you.  If you are unable to pick-up your order in the school office please contact us at 376-4311.  Thank you for your support!
