In our classroom we complete work in a variety of different ways. Some of the work we do is individually based and specific to each student. Other activities are done as a class. We use hands on materials, technology and traditional materials during our lessons. 

Before we start working we discuss our goal. Students are encouraged to brainstorm and share why these goals are important.
